To register as a KidsFest event provider you must confirm you are fully responsible for managing and running your event(s) including Health & Safety management. You must agree to the KidsFest Event Criteria and Terms and Conditions and are required to provide an Event Safety Plan to submit your application. Please go to the Event Provider Resources page for information.

As Event Organiser I/we understand we have full responsibility for running our event in a well-organised and professional manner that ensures health & safety, accessibility and comfort for the participants, workers and other persons, and with due consideration for public safety, and suitability for the age group.

I/we agree to maintain the standards of health, safety, security and environmental practise that at all times meets, or exceeds, the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 in relation to the event as part of KidsFest.

We accept that all event proposals are subject to approval by the KidsFest Trust and Management team before being accepted as part of the programme of events.
